Beaconsfield Village is centred around the Rua Acores shopping district on Dundas West. Beaconsfield boarders Dundas Street West to the North, Queen Street West to the South, Ossington Avenue to the East and Dufferin Street to the West.
Beaconsfield Street is a signature street in the area which has been designated by the Toronto Historical Board for its collection of Victorian houses, many built in the late 1800′s and early 1900′s.
The Rua Acores shopping district is home to many Portuguese restaurants, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries and an assortment of shops. Queen Street West is a mix of small clothing boutiques and one-of-a-kind arts and crafts type stores.
