Chaz on Charles is described as “a glass house in the sky”! The architecture team of Sol Wassermuhl and Page & Steele IBI Group Architects wanted to create a building that worked both on the street and in the sky, which explains the iconic design elements that make this such a charismatic building.

At grade, Chaz on Charles is a five-storey limestone-clad pavilion with a series of punched recessed windows that give the composition a visually distinct dramatic look. Stepping back from the pavilion on the sixth floor, the Chaz tower soars thirty-nine storeys into the sky.

Chaz on Charles is the creation of 45 Charles Ltd. with Edenshaw Homes Limited, two real estate developers spearheaded by seasoned professionals, and is being designed by Cecconi Simone.

Parking spots, where available, are $45,000 and lockers, where available, are $5000.  Maintenance fees are estimated at .49 cents per square foot.

The deposit structure is as follows: $5,000 on signing, balance to 5% in 30 days, 5% in 120 days, 5% in 210 days, 5% in 540 days and 5% on inter. occupancy.
