Steady Increases Year Over Year

The Toronto Real Estate Board has posted sales for September and both the number of sales and price averages have increased:

The City of Toronto (416) in 2008 had 2,546 Sales with an Average Sale Price of $393,648.  In September of 2009 the number of Sales has increased to 3,341 with an Average Sale Price of $437,182.

The rest of the GTA (905) also saw increases with September 2008 seeing 3,878 Sales with an Average Sale Price of $352,071 and September 2009 reaching 4,855 in Sales with an Average Sale Price of $386,022.
